I love the new material i did a personal shave test on one and its so smooth and soft. for sure happy that the company is switching to this!
I absolutely love how much this formula has been improved. The fur is much more wispy and less prone to tangling/getting messy from use. I will definitely consider buying from BigZ for fur in the future, depending on colors and if I need it. I highly recommend.
I do remember in one of their promotional videos for this fur that it does not shed. This however is false. Fur falls out just the same as the old formula.
The fur was very soft, and it didn't stick to itself, it resembles more higher quality furs from Howl or Mendles, however the thickness seems the same.

These furs are incredibly soft and plush!!! I can’t wait to make fursuits with them!
The fur is definitely an improvement from the old one. I probably wouldn’t shave it as the pile isn’t as dense as other furs but it’s the best long pile fur I have seen from manufacturers I’ve used before. I recommend this fur for projects that need long pile fur!
Seems to be nice and silky, the backing feels less stiff, also a bit stretchy diagonally. I think it will be a lot better, especially since fur I've ordered in the past isn't silky at all. Haven't tried to shave it, though, and because of the other reviews I'm hesitant to rate 5 stars.
the long pile is nice and thick, however the short pile still seems very thin and doesn't shave very well, we're still worried about the backing showing if we shave it for face or detail applications
Greatly improved quality! Short shag seems a little thin but both samples are very soft and seem to bald much less than previous furs! I have yet to test shaving them but I'm sure that will be much improved as well!
