Refund policy

 

Big Z Fabric wants you to be 100% satisfied with our fabrics and our service. As a result, if you are unhappy with any product you receive from us, you may return the fabric(s) within 14 days of receipt. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee and the customer is responsible to ship the item back to us. Shipping & Freight costs cannot be refunded for such returns. Please email us at sales@bigzfabric.com to get your return approved and to get your RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization).

IMPORTANT:
Any product that has been WASHED, CUT or ALTERED in any way, cannot be returned.
Products sold as "Closeouts," "Clearance," or “Samples” may not be returned.  Services such as “Ship on Roll Fees” and other such service charges are not refundable.

For International Orders “Customs/Duties Taxes,” and “Brokerage Charges” are not refundable and are paid by the customer.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If for the rare chance you receive a product that is damaged, incorrect or defective, please contact us at sales@bigzfabric.com and include a photo of the fabric as well as your order number. One of our customer representatives will get back to you. Reports of damage or defect must be done within 3 business days of receipt of fabric. Once the request is approved the customer has the option for a replacement or refund. We will pay for return costs.

IMPORTANT (VARIATION IN COLOR):
Fabrics that are different in shade than what appear on your monitor will NOT be considered an INCORRECT ORDER. Colors for some items can vary in shade because of monitor and lighting settings. If you need to color match a product we strongly urge you to order samples before placing your order.

Order Cancellation:

All order cancellations that are requested by the customer before an order is processed are subject to a 4% credit card processing fee. Cancellation requests must be made in writing and sent to sales@bigzfabric.com.

 

EU Right of Withdrawal (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)

If you are a consumer located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving any reason.

How to exercise your right of withdrawal: To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement (e.g., by using the withdrawal button on our website, or by contacting us at support@bigzfabric.zohodesk.com ) before the 14-day withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal: If you withdraw from your purchase, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for any supplementary costs arising from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery we offer), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we receive notification of your withdrawal. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back, or until you have provided evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is earlier. You must return the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day you notify us of your withdrawal. You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods.

Exceptions: The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Custom-cut or made-to-order fabric (cut to your specifications)
  • Goods that have been clearly personalized
  • Sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons, if unsealed after delivery
