Contact Us: Fill out our online application form, providing your organization's details, your fabric requirements, and a brief overview of your intended project or event.

Documentation: Provide proof of eligibility such as official school identification or your organization's 501(c)(3) documentation and/or link to proof with relationship to your organization.

Confirmation: Once reviewed, our team will contact you to confirm details and initiate your fabric donation or discounted purchase.

What documentation is required?

Proof of your organization's educational or non-profit status (such as a 501(c)(3) document or official school identification is required. We will want to see proof of the applicant's association with the organization being considered.

Are there limits to fabric donations?

Custom discounts are not limited and applicable to all in stock SKUs. Donations are based on availability and project specifics. Contact us for more details.

Can we request ongoing fabric support?

Yes, we offer custom discounted pricing for organizations requiring recurring fabric supplies.

Is there a minimum purchase requirement?

No, however our team will consider your order history from time to time to determine if you can maintain your status. For free donations we will consider the quantity needed and frequency of needs.
