Rib Corduroy is a 100% Cotton fiber corduroy that has distinct vertical ridges throughout the pattern called cords. The wale count refers to the thickness of these ridges with a lower wale number indicating a thicker or larger cord. Rib Corduroy can be used in almost anything but is most typically used in pants, jackets, and other apparel due to it's softness and unique aesthetic while offering a durable and strong finished product.
