Denim is a sturdy cotton warp-faced textile in which the weft passes under two or more warp threads. This twill weaving produces a diagonal ribbing that distinguishes it from cotton duck. What makes this denim stand out from the rest is that it contains kevlar material. Kevlar a synthetic fiber of high tensile strength used especially as a reinforcing agent in the manufacture of tires and other rubber products and protective gear such as helmets and vests. This worldwide fashionable item is composed of 44.5% Cotton and 55.5% Kevlar with weight of 16.5oz per yard. Furthermore, the selvage product has a width of 33" and can be used for sports gear, clothing, shoes, equipment and much much more.
